CHICAGO, IL, Sept. 14, 2009 - Kenny Construction is the nation's top contractor for transmission and distribution projects for the second year in a row, according to Engineering News-Record, the leading publication covering the engineering/construction industry.
ENR ranked contractors based on sales volume.
