1400 MUSEUM PARK
1400 Museum Park is located at 100 E. 14th Street. It is a thirty-three story, cast-in-place, residential condominium tower supported on a pile foundation system. There are two-hundred and sixty units and three-hundred and ten parking spaces with retail space on the ground level and a rooftop pool and deck. 1400 Museum Park broke ground on August 3rd, 2006 and has a targeted substantial completion date of August 28th, 2008.
Currently, we are preparing to pour the twenty-seventh floor of concrete. The interior work has begun and we are scheduled to start drywall on August 20th. We have windows installed through the fourteenth floor and interior finishes are starting this fall.
Kenny Construction Company is the General Contractor on this project and Enterprise Development Company is the owner and developer.
This is the tenth building that Kenny Construction Company, Enterprise Development Company, and architectural firm, Pappageorge/Haymes Ltd, have worked on together.
