The company offers tuition reimbursement for continuing education and strongly encourages employees to join associations and professional organizations. There are also many formal training classes offered in different disciplines offered throughout the year.
Kenny offers informal training in the form of "Lunch and Learns". These are classes offered at Noon that are taught by a senior management member or an outside agent affiliated with our business. The classes range in topics such as healthcare initiatives, 401(K) investing, business segment updates, etc. These sessions are broadcast to the entire company over the internet. The classes are offered to increase the overall knowledge of our business and have proved to be an effective communication and training tool.
